Terms of Service
The terms on which SIERGE provides its website and detailing services.

About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book services from SIERGE (registered business number 558639993), Jerusalem, Israel.
By creating an account or requesting a booking, you accept these terms.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account or make a booking. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make and approve the booking for you.
You must be the owner of the vehicle, or have the owner's permission to have the work carried out.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
Our services and where we work
We provide mobile vehicle detailing. We travel to you within our published service area around Jerusalem. Locations outside that area, or that we cannot verify, need to be confirmed with us before the appointment is accepted.
Some packages are private and become visible only once we grant you access.
Bookings are requests until we confirm them
Choosing a time on this website creates a booking request. It is not confirmed until we accept it. We may need to propose a different time, ask for more detail about the vehicle, or confirm access at the location.
We may decline or reschedule a request — for example if the location is outside our service area, the vehicle's condition needs a different treatment, or the weather makes safe work impossible.
Prices and travel
Prices are shown in Israeli new shekels (₪) and vary by vehicle class. SIERGE is registered as VAT exempt, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Where a location attracts a travel element, it is calculated from the distance to your chosen location and shown before you confirm. If the distance cannot be calculated automatically, we confirm it with you rather than estimating.
The price shown when a booking is confirmed is the price that applies, unless the work required turns out to be materially different from what was described. If that happens we will speak to you before continuing.
Payment
Online card payment is not available on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us on completion, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
We issue an invoice for the work carried out and keep the records required for accounting purposes.
Your vehicle and the working location
- Please remove personal belongings and valuables before the appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Tell us in advance about existing damage, sensitive paintwork or previous coatings, aftermarket wraps, or anything that needs particular care.
- We need safe, lawful access to the vehicle, with enough space to work.
- We may decline to begin, or stop work, if the location is unsafe or the vehicle's condition makes the requested treatment inadvisable. We will explain why.
Rewards
Our rewards programme awards points on qualifying activity. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred between accounts.
We may adjust or reverse points awarded in error, or in connection with a cancelled or refunded booking. We may change or end the programme; we will not remove points you have already earned without telling you first.
Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Our full policy — including late cancellations, missed appointments and refunds — is set out in our cancellation policy.
Our responsibility to you
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care, using professional products and methods.
Detailing improves the condition and presentation of a vehicle. It cannot reverse every defect. Some existing damage — deep scratches, etched paint, failing clear coat, prior poor-quality repairs — may be improved but not removed, and some may become more visible once dirt is removed. We will tell you where we expect that.
If something goes wrong because of our work, tell us promptly so we can inspect it and put it right. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This website
The SIERGE name, logo, imagery, text and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, disrupt it, or use it in a way that interferes with other people's use of it.
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you make a booking applies to that booking. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute.
