Changing or cancelling your appointment

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the start of your appointment.

To cancel or move an appointment, contact us at simon.george.detailing@gmail.com or 053-944-1141, or use your account in the Client Portal.

Cancelling within 24 hours

A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment is recorded on your account as a late cancellation.

We understand that plans change and that this sometimes cannot be helped. A single late cancellation is not a problem.

Missed appointments

If we arrive at the agreed time and place and cannot carry out the work — because nobody is there, the vehicle is unavailable, or we cannot get safe access — the appointment is recorded as a no-show.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments

Travelling to an appointment reserves time we cannot offer to anyone else. If late cancellations or missed appointments happen repeatedly, we may ask you to confirm future bookings with us directly, or to pay in advance before we reserve a slot.

We will always tell you before applying that condition.

If we cancel

If we cancel an appointment — for example because of weather that makes safe work impossible, or an operational problem on our side — you may reschedule at no cost, or receive a full refund of anything you have already paid.

If work has already started

If work has begun and the appointment is stopped, any charge or refund reflects the work actually carried out and the materials already used, as authorised by you. We will explain the position clearly before settling.

A note on payment

Online payment is not available on this website, so we do not take card details in advance and no cancellation fee is charged automatically. Anything owed or refunded is settled directly with us.
