Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or who prefer reduced motion.

What we have built in

• The whole site is available in English, Arabic and Hebrew, with correct right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew.
• The page language and reading direction are set before the page is displayed, so assistive technology announces content correctly from the start.
• A “skip to content” link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches.
• Interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and show a visible focus indicator.
• Pinch-to-zoom is never disabled, so you can magnify any page.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the animated introduction is reduced accordingly.
• If your browser or device cannot display the three-dimensional introduction, a still alternative is shown instead and the rest of the site works normally.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text rather than by colour alone.

Known limitations

• The animated introduction on the home page is a visual experience. It is decorative: every piece of information it presents also appears as text further down the page.
• The interactive map used when choosing a service location is difficult to operate without a pointing device. You can type an address instead of using the map, and you can always contact us directly to arrange an appointment.
• We have not yet commissioned a formal external accessibility audit against a published standard, so we do not claim a specific conformance level.
